Returns & Exchanges

At Nevaeh, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
